Use these Monroe County and Florida custodians for the most common record requests:
- Court case files: see criminal court case records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
- Criminal records and personal reviews: contact the Florida Department of Law Enforcement
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact Monroe County Sheriff's Office Central Records
- Florida criminal-history checks: order through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Expungement and record sealing: file with the court that heard the case
